Focus Areas

Four domains. Engineered as disciplines in their own right.

Avionics, electronics, electromechanical and mechanical work each carry their own tolerances, their own failure modes and their own documentation demands. Falcron staffs and equips for each domain specifically — then brings them together on programmes that need more than one at a time.

Avionics

Avionics hardware carries zero tolerance for ambiguity — every connector, panel and control has one correct configuration, and Falcron's avionics work is engineered to that standard from the drawing outward.

  • Avionics hardware & sub-assemblies
  • Cockpit & control panel systems
  • Communication system components
  • Panel wiring & interconnect hardware

Electronics

Electronic hardware that has to survive vibration, thermal cycling and years of service is engineered differently from commercial electronics. Falcron builds electronic assemblies and interconnects to that operating reality, not a lab bench.

  • Electronic assemblies & PCB-mounted hardware
  • Cable harness & interconnect assemblies
  • Electronic enclosures & housings
  • Environment-rated hardware builds

Electromechanical

Electromechanical hardware is where most integration failures actually happen — the point where electrical behaviour and mechanical tolerance have to agree. Falcron engineers these assemblies as one system from the start, not an electrical design handed to a mechanical shop afterward.

  • Integrated electromechanical assemblies
  • Switches & control hardware
  • Sensor housings & mounting hardware
  • Actuation-adjacent mechanical hardware

Mechanical

Mechanical components are the foundation everything else in a system sits on. Falcron machines and fabricates to close tolerance because a mechanical part that's out of spec by a fraction of a millimetre is a system that doesn't integrate.

  • Precision-machined components
  • Sheet metal & fabricated parts
  • Structural & mounting hardware
  • Close-tolerance mechanical builds

Have a requirement in one of these domains — or across all four?

Send us the specification. We'll tell you exactly how Falcron would approach it.
